Walstrom's Catering Summary of Services
Pick-ups: Client picks up food items either with disposables or rented equipment. There is no charge for disposables. If client requests rental equipment such as Flatware, Plate ware, Chafers, Trays, Glasses, Linens etc. client will be billed accordingly. All rented and loaned items are to be returned to Walstrom's washed except for Linens. Silver and Gilded items are not to go through dishwashers.
Drop-Offs Clients will be billed an initial $15.00 delivery fee within the first 5 mile radius around the Redlands Community Center 2463 Broadway Grand Junction CO and increases $5.00 each additional 5 miles. Walstrom's delivers all food items in and with disposables or at clients request, with rentals.In the event that walstrom's provides equipment an associate will help set up Buffet for your event. Client will be responsible for the return of rentals. Walstrom's can arrange to pick up the rentals and a Pick-up Fee will be billed accordingly. Attended Buffets and Receptions:Walstrom's will arrive and set up the Buffet Tables with the appropriate equipment, Decoration and Serving Utensils in accordance to Client's specifications reflecting the event theme and menu selections. Most Buffets for up to 100 guests require a minimum of two service attendants Using this standard, Labor will be adjusted to the size of the party. Attendants will keep the buffet stocked with food items, Plate ware, Silver ware etc.. Staff time is calculated portal, from and to our kitchen at 2463 Broadway. Wait staff is calculated Hourly @ $25.00. A 18% Gratuity will be calculated and billed accordingly. There is a Two-Hour minimum for any wait staff
Plate-up Events Wait staff will perform the following services if applicable. Wait staff will perform the following services if applicable. Wait staff will set-up Guest tables, Hors d'oeuvre Tables. Beverage table etc.. Set-up includes polishing of all the silverware and glassware.Wait staff will serve attend to guests and clean all of the dishes. Wait staff will clean the main room, dish room and kitchen area. Most Plate-up events for parties of up to 100 guests require a minimum staff of 4 servers and 1 captain, in addition, 1 dishwashing person and 2 kitchen personnel. Using this standard, labor will be adjusted to size of the party. Staff time is calculated portal to portal, from and to our kitchen at 2463 Broadway. Wait staff is calculated Hourly @ $25.00 A 18% Gratuity will be calculated and billed accordingly. There is a Two-Hour minimum for any wait staff.
Floral Arrangements:Walstrom's can do small table arrangements for events at reasonable prices as an alternative to ordering from a Florist
